It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mabel Burgett-Glass (Lucas, Iowa), who passed away on April 18, 2020, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Melvin Burgett and Hazel May Burgett (Wilkinson); her grandparents, John and Josephine Burgett; her spouse Orie F. Glass; her daughter-in-law Millie Glass of Georgia; her granddaughters, Juanita Glass of Florida and Dawn Glass of Georgia; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Minnis of Georgia, Gary Suttell and Orie R. Glass of Tennessee; and her great great grandchildren, Kylie, Gavin Suttell of Tennessee, Orie R. Glass, Jr., Addilynn Glass of Tennessee and Kamryn Suttell.
No funeral services will be held due to the COVID-19 crisis.
