She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Reuwsaat and Sarah Helen Reuwsaat (Trexel); her husband Lester Lynn Dent; her siblings, Emily, Rose (Vernon), Gertrude (Francis), Ben (Joyce), Bob (Audrey) and Laura (Louis); her sister-in-law Inona (Clifford); and her son-in-law Doug Schmid.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Dent of Knoxville, Susan (Gene Mahnke) of Manning, Betty Dent of Omaha and Charles Dent (Rosa) of Audubon; her grandchildren, Robin Heaton (Mike), LeeAnn Christensen (Ronald), Sarah Dent and Michele Dent; her great grandchildren, Tyler Heaton, Shelby Heaton, Zoey Heaton, Eric Christensen and Eletha Christensen; and her brother-in-law Ralph Dent (Delores) of Atlantic. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
