Nadine E. Lafrenz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2020, at the age of 93, Nadine E. Lafrenz (Lowden, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Sophie; her husband Walter Lafrenz; and her sister Amanda Dircks Fankhauser. She is survived by: her son Samuel Lafrenz; her grandson Brian; her children, Tanya Lafrenz of Des Moines, Sara Lafrenz Fest (Darwin) of Liberty, MO and Jason Johnston of Bella Vista, AR; her daughter-in-law Julie Lafrenz Evans (Joe) of Cedar Rapids; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Tyler, Terrelle Lu-Marcus and Tamara Marcus; her son James Lafrenz (Elizabeth) of Bastrop, LA; and her grandson Benjamin. She is also survived by grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Zion United Church of Christ.
