He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Anne Forslund and Ozzie Forslund; and his aunt Margie Novak. He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Maki (Karen) and Patricia Maki; his wife Becky; his children, Caitlin Collins (Chase) of Hilbert and Mitchell Maki (Tori) of De Pere, WI; his granddaughters, Presley and Bailee; his sister Lisa Schultz; his half-brother Jared Boucher; and his grandfather Walter Maki (Grace). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
