It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardith Jean Showers (Lovilia, Iowa), born in Knoxville, Iowa, who passed away on April 11, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rowland and Lanell Rowland (Smith); her husband Harold Showers; and her son Ryan Showers. She is survived by: her sons, Rodney Showers (Sondra) of Knoxville, Randy Showers (Karen) of Sulphur Springs and Roger Showers (Kim) of Albia; her siblings, Ardean Rowland (Fontalee) of Norwalk, Charlotte Kaufman (Phil) of North Carolina, Arlen Rowland (Dawn) of Montezuma and Cecil Showers (Sandra) of Lovilia; and her sister-in-law Mary Showers of Lovilia. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Ardith's memory to West Ridge Specialty Care of Knoxville, Iowa.
