He was predeceased by: his siblings, Cecelia and Pete. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Quilty; his sons, Christopher (Amy) of Muscatine and Timothy (Sheila) of Chicago, Illinois; his grandchildren, Summer, Savanna of Muscatine, Evan and Ellis of Chicago, Illinois; his siblings, Josephine Labath of Moline, Suzanne Fritz (Ron) of Scottsville, Kentucky, John Labath (Cathy) of Long Grove, Bert Labath (Gail) of Lumberton, Bill Labath (Shannon) of Jefferson and Tony Labath (Judi) of Greensboro; his sister-in-law Margaret Labath of St. Charles, Missouri; and also Wacky.
