She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Larkey and Myrtle Larkey (Wade); and her brother William. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Fulmer; her children, Tammy Eckstrom (John) of Elburn and Joe Fulmer of Cedar Rapids; and her grandchildren, Amanda and Zachary.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the United Methodist Church in Oxford Junction, the American Legion in Lost Nation or the Lost Nation Fire Company in her honor.
