He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dunsworth and Florence Dunsworth; his siblings, Dorothy Seligman (Harry), Janice Peiffer (Wendel), William Dunsworth (Barb) and Ira Dunsworth; and his brother-in-law Joe Mechem.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Snowden (Jim) of Ankeny, IA, Ellen Griggs (Jimmy) of Horseshoe Bend, AR and Richard Todd Dunsworth of DeWitt; his grandsons, Luke Snowden, Clint Snowden, Jimmy Snowden, Dustin Wienke and Kole Dunsworth; his children, Nathan, Emma, Adam, Paige, Sophie, Max, Piper and James; his sister Sally Mechem of Bettendorf; and his sister-in-law Dolly Dunsworth of Davenport. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Runge Mortuary Chapel (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would love to see memorials given to Every Step Hospice Program of Des Moines.
