She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David W. Hoffmann of Long Grove; her daughters, Meghan Gianatasio (Mike) of Plainfield, Mallory Schmitt (Nate) of Davenport and Melissa Sullivan (Kevin) of Washington, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jaden Schmitt, Avery and Brixton Sullivan; her parents, Judi Hamann (Donald) of Eldridge and Jere Martin of Long Grove; her siblings, Lyn Hamann (Diane) of Sanford, Susan Hamann of Davenport, Teresa Herberg (Gene Meumann) of Eldridge, Marji Szwaya (Mike) of Naperville, Michelle Hanson (Rich) of DeWitt and Brent Martin (Lisa) of Davenport; her pet Lola; and her brother Scott Martin. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
