He is survived by: his children, Renee Prochaska Keenan of Omaha, NE, Vicki Darland of Davenport and David Prochaska (Judy) of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Patrick, Danielle and Sydney; and his siblings, Mary McGee of Gilbertville, IA, Millie Whitinger of Elma, IA, Jim Prochaska of Milan, IL, Fran Prochaska (Theresa) of Milan, IL and John Prochaska (Hattie) of Myrtle Beach, SC..
