He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his parents, Orey Goettsch and Hattie Goettsch (Stoltenberg); his wife Arlene; his children, Gordon "Sonny" Goettsch (Jan) of Long Grove, Angie Scott of Durant and Don Goettsch (Missy "Donna") of LeClaire; and his brother Larry Goettsch (Jan) of Eldridge. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
