It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Seghers (Long Grove, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Herman and Sarah Elizabeth Creedon (VanDeVentor); and her daughter Victoria. She is survived by: her children, Mark Seghers of Long Grove, Monica Seghers Hayes (Stan) of San Francisco, Brian Seghers (Dina) of Buffalo and Craig Seghers (Theresa) of Long Grove; her grandchildren, Brittany, Garrett, Blaise and Westen; her great grandchildren, Alie, Logan, Gunner and Gabby; her sister Shirley Felkner of Fort Meyers, Florida; and her friend Nick Maruth of Davenport. She is also survived by animals, including her beloved cats.
Memorials may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church or to the Quad City Animal Welfare Center.
