She is survived by: her children, Gale Koven (Robert) of Marietta, Gwen Thompson (Ward) of San Diego and Bart Smothers (Connie) of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Megan Dotson (Jeremy), Corey King (Joey), Bobby Koven (Rachel) and Matt Koven (Jacqueline); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Dotson, Jenna Dotson and Isabelle Koven.
