She is survived by: her children, Lori Kunc (Richard) of Iowa City, Kevin Westfall (Deb) of Lone Tree, Lynn Bell (Kevin) of Lone Tree, Lisa Forbes (Kevin) of Lone Tree, Leigh Miller (Ken) of Kalona and Kelli Warnstaff (Bill) of Lone Tree; and her grandchildren, Todd Forbes (Shelly), Michelle Daufeldt (Matt), Nicki Polito (David Bohanan), Amber McCullough (Donny), Seth Westfall, Justin Bell (Gwen), Chad Bell, Misty Soukup (Kyle), Angie Kemp (Nick), Tara Parizek (John), Drew Sides (Chelise) and Dane Warnstaff. She is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
