Elmo Kron Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2020, at the age of 95, Elmo Kron of Lone Tree, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elmo Kron to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis M. Kron and Leocadia C. Kron (Sueppel); his daughter Joyce Kron-Chalupa; his grandsons, Nicholas Kron and Phillip Kron; his son-in-law John Thomann; and his siblings, Cleo, Ambrose, Cletus and Lucille Knebel.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia M. Lenz; his children, Marilyn Thomann of Kearney, Linda Corpman (Doug) of Columbus Junction, Charles Kron of Riverside, Jane Hotz (Tom) of Lone Tree, Greg Kron (Vickie Elliott) of Springville and Kristine Stumpf (Tim) of Lone Tree; and his son-in-law Alan Chalupa of Wellman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Social distancing recommendations will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, Riverside or to the Lone Tree Care Center.
