It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald D. Doocy of Lone Rock, Iowa, born in Estherville, Iowa, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Doocy and Anna Marie Doocy (Lampe); and his siblings, John, Larry, Richard, Linda Vogt and Yvonne Talano.

He is survived by: his wife Deanna Ditsworth; his children, Debi Bolles (Darren) of Acworth, GA, Douglas Doocy (Barbara) of Lone Rock, Donna Rahe (Jeff) of Bancroft, Denise Vaske (Keith) of Algona and Dennis Doocy of Lone Rock; his grandson Adam Foertsch (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Tate and Asher; his grandchildren, Theresia Adams (Terrell Murphy), Nicole Doocy and Erica Johnson (Jay); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Elaina and Kelsey Cottrell (James); his brothers, Arden Doocy of Lone Rock and David Doocy (Mary) of Bancroft; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Doocy of Webster City and Randy Vogt of Oakdale, MN; and also, Arlo, Austin Vaske (Katrina Schremp), Olivia Vaske and Dakota Doocy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
