She was predeceased by : her parents, Vera Quinn (Wolf) and Bernard Quinn; and her sister Vera Hupp. She is survived by : her husband William Frank Whitlow; her uncle Robert Quinn; and her children, Denise Fannon (Michael), Dean, Kathleen Berg (Don), Pamela Becker, Maureen Courtney (Joe), Mark (Gloria), Roberta Sparkman, Brent and Jan (LeAnne). She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Lower Deer Creek Church or Iowa City Hospice.
