He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Young and Betty Young; his adoptive father Irvin Cullum; his siblings, Raymond and Judy; and his grandson Connor.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela (Pitts); his children, Amy Cullum (Montey) of Fort Dodge, James Cullum (Lacey) of Churdan, Amanda Kinyon (Frank) of Ames and Jacob Cullum (Bobbi) of Kanawha; and his grandchildren, Paxton, Harlan, Riley, Dylan, Grace, Kayla, Emma, Blake, Devon, Brianna and Kinley.
