It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Eugene Dollen (Logan, Iowa), born in Persia, Iowa, who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Velman Dollen and Ellinor Dollen (Ramsey); his wife LaVonne Kemmish; and his son Doug. He is survived by: his children, Gene Dollen (Bonnie) of Persia, Iowa and Patty Hadfield (Fred) of Minden, Iowa; and his siblings, Arlen Dollen (Linda), Leroy Dollen (Bev), Audrey Reed and Ardith Wellman (Randy). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
