He was predeceased by: his brother Marvin Holthe; his nephew Todd Holthe; and his brother-in-law Dan Mead. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Jonathan Holthe (Kelli) of Muscatine, Sarah Holthe of Logan and Serena Holthe (Roscoe Jones Jr.) of Washington; his brother Richard Holthe of Independence, Missouri; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Vanbeek, Wendy Lohan, Michael Vanbeek, Chris Holthe, Jennifer Holthe, Katie Holthe, Matt Mead, Nathan Mead, Dan Mead and Froi Mead. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
