She was predeceased by: her husband Fuzzy Douglas; and her siblings, Ellen Hammer and John Kahre. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Smith of Logan and Victoria Smith of Northfield; her daughter Tonya Frahm of Omaha; her nephews, Phil Smith (Laura) of Omaha and Curtis Smith (Betty) of Missouri Valley; and her close friend Dale Smith of Logan. She is also survived by nieces; three great nephews and other relatives and friends.
