John Burbridge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Burbridge (Logan, Iowa), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl V. Burbridge and Ruby A. Burbridge (Leonard). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bennett of Logan; his children, Denise (Dean Willadsen) of Smithville, Tom Burbridge (Stacie) of Council Bluffs and Linda (Larry Hennessy) of Logan; his grandchildren, Brittni Willadsen, Cheyenne (Colby Cluck), Bennett Hennessy and Claire Hennessy; his great grandchild Faithlynn Cluck; and his sisters, Jane (Ron Stockfleth) of Hooper, Mary (Dennis Koenig) of Dow City and Ann (Rick Buchmann) of Sugarland, Texas. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (302 E 8th St, Logan, IA 51546). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at the Grange Cemetery.
