He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl V. Septer and Virginia Septer (Avery); and his daughter Angela Kay Septer. He is survived by: his wife Diane Frey; and his siblings, Tom Septer (Tina) of Lockridge, Judy Aplara of Lockridge, Doug Septer of Lockridge, Brian Septer of Lockridge and Carla Septer (Doug Dye) of Lockridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
