We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2022, at the age of 68, Phyllis Elaine Cline of Lockridge, Iowa, born in Fairfield, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Manning and Addie Manning (Hall). She is survived by: her husband Duane Cline of Lockridge; her children, Stacie Barnett of Richland, Rhonda Anders of Ottumwa, Terry Schaffer of Fairfield, Jennifer Miles of Lithia, FL, Jeffrey Cline of New London and Alexys Cline of Lockridge; and her siblings, Kenneth Manning of San Diego, CA, Sherri Breuer of Mt. Pleasant and Betty Manning of Fairfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Shriners Children Hospital.
