She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Coop and Mabel Coop (Hamilton); and her husband Donald Billingsley. She is survived by: her sons, James Billingsley (Debbie) of Fairfield, IA and Michael Billingsley (Deb) of Cumming, IA; and her grandchildren, Laura Kochneff (Eric), Kristin Cooper (Steve) and Dana Billingsley. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
