It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Allen of Lockridge, Iowa, born in Centerville, Iowa, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zora Allen and Viola "Ruth" Allen (Crawford); and his siblings, Joan Ervin, Joye Ritter, William Robert "Billy" Allen and Sharon Kay Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie; his children, Kelly Allen of Lockridge and Derick Allen (Shannon) of Garmisch, Germany; his grandchildren, Marie Crews (Will), Johnathan Allen and Emma Allen; his great grandchild Charles Crews; and his siblings, Clair Allen, Dick Allen and Donna Ewing. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for the American Heart Association and New Sweden United Methodist Church.
