Madison, Teresa Wallingford of Nevada, IA and Sharon Wallingford Lee (Rusty); his stepsister Debbie Belknap (Mike) of Burlington; his children, Joyce Koch (Adam) of Rock Hill, S. C., Sarah Wallingford of Fairfield and David Wallingford Jr of Fairfield; his cousin Aaron Jackson (Chrystal) of Morning Sun; and his friend Tonya Gibson.
