He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Heckenberg and Lucille Breuer Heckenberg; and his brother-in-law Mike Ross. He is survived by: his sisters, Marilyn Henderson (Karl) of West Burlington, IA, Marge Heckenberg of Fairfield, IA and Connie Ross of Batavia, IA; and his nephew Cody Ross. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
