He was predeceased by: his grandfather Paul Forbes; his great-grandparents, Rickard Dick, Harold Atwood, Lester Forbes, Charles Berte and Harold Bormann; and his grandfather Alfred Freilinger.
He is survived by: his parents, Peter Bormann and Cassi Bormann (Forbes) of Livermore; his grandparents, Deb Forbes (Mark Wenman) of Robins, Mark and Susan Bormann of Livermore; his great-grandparents, Shirley Dick and Irene M. Bormann; and his aunts and uncles, Chelsea Archibald (Rob), Matthew Bormann (Nancy), Joseph Bormann (Val), Maria Zeman (Joel), Amanda Bousquet (Ryan), Elizabeth Reynolds and Anna Olson (Brian). He is also survived by numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the KRHC Foundation and will be used to directly support and enhance patient care in the Obstetrics Department at Kossuth Regional Health Center. For all donations made directly to the KRHC Foundation in memory of Baby Bormann, please include "on behalf of the OB Department" when making the gift.
