She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph VanderVeen and Florence VanderVeen (Hector); her husbands, John DeBondt and Art Zevenbergen; her siblings, Fred, Klaas, Bernard VanderVeen, Winnie Jans and Hilda Oltman; her siblings-in-law, Jake Jans, Ben Oltman, Harold Sankey and Katherine VanderVeen; and her great grandchild Shianne Schwebach.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Zevenbergen (Dan) of Orange City, IA, Debra Thomas (Kim) of Lake Park, IA, Sandra DeBoer (Leon) of Little Rock, IA, Jeffrey DeBondt (Amy) of Sioux Falls, SD and Bradley DeBondt of Ocheyedan, IA; her sister Rose Sankey of Sioux Falls, SD; and her sisters-in-law, HelenVanderVeen, Margaret VanderVeen and Lorraine VanderVeen. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren; 3 stepchildren.
