He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Herbst; his wife Sandy; his children, Kris O'Connell (Pat), Ric Lighthall (Dana) and Tim Lighthall (Amber); his grandchildren, Blake O'Connell, Jacob Lighthall, Shelby O'Connell, Logan Lighthall, Kaitlyn Lighthall, Josh Lighthall and Maddie Lighthall; his half-brother Steve Strauch; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Vittetoe, Cindy Strauch, Darla Simpson and Gene Herbst.
