He is survived by: his wife Kay Hertzler; his son Steve Hertzler (Julie); his granddaughters, Annie Walker (Matt), Sarah Hertzler and Bethany Hertzler; his daughter-in-law Sharon Overmann (Jim); his siblings-in-law, Diane Weldin (Ron) and Al Bentley (Kristy); and his former wife Janice Kay Bentley.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings because of the Covid-19 pandemic, services will be private for the family at 10:30 a. m. on Thursday, April 23, 2020.
