She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Leslie and Frances Leslie (Wymore); her grandson Daniel Chamberlin; and her sister Florence Witmer. She is survived by: her daughter Chris Chamberlin; her grandchildren, Michael Hadley (Laura) and Ginny Chamberlin; her sisters, Pauline Lundgren (Dave) and Bonnie Simmons (Walt); her brother-in-law Claire Witmer (Clara); and her niece Pam Blackketter (Tony). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
