It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malo Kurtz (Lisbon, Iowa), born in Marshalltown, Iowa, who passed away on April 24, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Williams and Nina Williams; her husband Richard; her sister Vera Fields; and her granddaughter Kasey Merrill.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen Ferguson (Glover) of Coronado; her grandson Glover Ferguson (Ame) of Corpus Christi; her great grandchildren, Lachlan and Rowan; her grandson Michael Ferguson (Rebecca) of La Jolla; her great grandchildren, Beau and Blythe; her son John Kurtz (Tonya) of Sutliff; her granddaughter Magille Gevock (Patrick) of West Branch; her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Teghan and Tava; her grandson Brandon Kurtz (Melissa) of Lisbon; her great grandchildren, M'Lynn and Kane; her grandson-in-law Dale Merrill of Mount Vernon; her nephews, Steven Fields (Terry) and Mike Fields (Wendy); and also, Kale and Remy.
