She was predeceased by: her parents, Clem McAndrew and Loretta McAndrew (Hart). She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Michelle Atienza (Salvador) and Matt Kohl (Patricia); her grandchildren, Chiara, Catia, Caiden Atienza, Maya, Max and Matthias Kohl; her siblings, Jim McAndrew (Lyn), Jane Joice (Chuck) and Judy Benhart; and her former husband Kenneth Kohl. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; numerous extended family members; and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, University of Iowa Cancer Research, or a Charity of your Choice.
