She was predeceased by: her grandmothers, Catherine Hanna and Arlene Howell; her great-grandparent Florence Doll; and her grandparents-in-law, Bernt, Maxine Hammerstrom and Bill Williams.
She is survived by: her parents, Randy Howell and Chris Howell (Constable) of Sutliff, IA; her husband Andrew Williams; her daughter Maisie of Marion, IA; her sister Maggie; her nephew Charlie of Sutliff, IA; her parents-in-law, Linda Connell (Dave) of Solon, IA and Michael Williams (Dawn Van) of North Liberty, IA; her brother-in-law Christopher Williams (Stephanie) of North Bergen, NJ; her grandfather Justin Hanna of Portsmouth, NH; and her grandfather-in-law Pat Williams of Lake City, IA. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Emma's name and may be directed toward the family.
