He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Hara and Ruth O'Hara (House); and his siblings, Phyllis Sterk and Robert Charles. He is survived by: his wife Gloria O'Hara; his daughter Lisa Flockhart (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jason Flockhart (Sarah), Chris Flockhart (Adreanna) and Jeremy Flockhart; his great grandchildren, Sondra, Calista, Dave and Lexi; his siblings, Mike O'Hara (Karen), Pat Odean (Carl), Johnny O'Hara (Lynn), Terry O'Hara, Margaret Monaghan, Steve O'Hara, Greg O'Hara and Dave O'Hara; and his close friend Andy Pasker.
Memorials may be given to the Cedar Valley Humane Society or the family.
