He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Flannigan (Brady) of Shawnee and Annette Hoffa (Greg) of Grandville, Michigan; his grandchildren, Jackson Fowler, Preston Hoffa and Olivia Berger; his brother George Martin; and his wife Jean Ann Warren of Lisbon.
