It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carita Hoffman (Lisbon, Iowa), who passed away on December 4, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Diane Legore (Tim) of Mount Vernon, Jack (Julie) of Oconomowoc, Susan Jenison (Leigh) of Sussex and Scott (Cathy) of West Bend; her siblings, Norman Zenor (Mary Lou) and Avonell Simpson; and her brother-in-law David Hoffman (Loretta). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
