She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis J. Doskocil and Elsie B. Doskocil (Pavis); her husband Charles Pospisil; her son Darrel; and her siblings, Lumir, Elmer Doskocil and Gladys Tesar (Louie).

She is survived by: her sons, Duane (Sheryl) of Lisbon and David (Mary); her daughter-in-law Valencia Pospisil of Fairfax; her grandchildren, Stephanie Nevins (Nick), Lindsey (Andrew), Brittany Kelly (Jeremy), Aaron (Lori), Kayla Pospisil (Stephen) and Chris Pospisil; her great grandchildren, Kasey Nevins (Ryan), Drake Pospisil, Ella, Layla Elam, Syrina, Leo, Alexa Kelly, Felix and Lennix Smith; and her sister-in-law Louise Doskocil. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
