It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Arthur Lentz of Lineville, Iowa, born in Leon, Iowa, who passed away on September 22, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Arthur and Velta Elma Lentz (Nickells); his wife Frances "Corinne" Hashman; his siblings, Morris, Merlin, Leota Merkel and Lueretta Sullivan; and his grandson Marty Flummer.
He is survived by: his children, Charlene Collier (Jim) of Mercer, MO, Christine Cordray (Larry), Carolyn Berndt and Kevin Lentz (Kristin) of Jefferson, IA; his grandchildren, Terri Nigh, Tiffany Siemer, Scott Jones, Kyle, Brett Berndt, Kassandra Hedges, Kaleb Lentz and Ashley Riphagen; and his siblings, Dean Lentz (Lois), Donnie Lentz (Virginia), Mary Kitto and Violet Bennett (Susie). He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p. m. Sunday the Roberson Funeral Home, Lineville, IA where social distancing will be observed and masks are recommended.
