She was predeceased by: her husband Linden Clair Speers; her parents, Fred Hegerfeld and Anna Hegerfeld (Wuennecke); and her siblings, Lambert, Frederick, Marvin, Anna Agnes and Arlene.
She is survived by: her children, John (Louise) of Saugerties, NY, James (Dolores) of Rockton, IL, Julianna Reams (Greg) of Asheville, NC and Jane Herbert (Daman) of Waukee, IA.; and her brother H. E. Hegerfeld (Jack). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
