He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Buskohl and Helen Buskohl (Halfwasen); his wife Lois "Gail" Clarke; his siblings, Harvey and Jennie Buseman; and his son-in-law Steven Butler.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Butler of Loon Lake, Jim Buskohl (Sue) of Reinbeck, Jerry Buskohl (Debra) of Waterloo and David Buskohl of Lincoln; and his sister Esther Klosterboer. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to the church or to the family to be donated to a cause of their choosing at a later date.
