He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Fields and Dolores Bonnett Fields; his son Hunter Fields; his father-in-law Bobby "Pinky" Johnson; his brother-in-law Steve Rodibaugh; and his close friend Ambrose Jaeger.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Johnson of Libertyville, IA; his children, Ashley Eastburn (Sam) of Keosauqua, IA and Dakota Fields (Bailee) of Libertyville, IA; his grandson Joshua Eastburn; and his sister Colleen Rodibaugh of Libertyville, IA.
His death was a result of complications from COVID-19.
