She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Hughes Moffett and Bob Moffett; and her father-in-law Richard Roach. She is survived by: her husband Donald Roach; her daughters, Carissa Hughell (J. J.) of Libertyville, Iowa and Alicia Barnes (Chris) of Libertyville, Iowa; her grandsons, Zach Barnes, Cohyn Roach, Caz Barnes, Keaton Hughell, Kaiden Hughell and Kian Hughell; her sister Lynnette Foster (Glen) of Fayettville, Arkansas; her niece Jennifer Foster of Fayettville, Arkansas; and her aunts, Donna Bentzinger (Cheryl Smith) of Keosauqua and Janis Roach.
Memorial contributions in Jana's honor may be made to her family for the education of her grandsons and to her church.
