She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Ehret and Veda Mathias Ehret; her former husband Junior Cook; her daughter Brenda; her grandson Robbie McCarty; her great grandchild Jackson McCarty; her brothers, Abe, Lester "John", Raymond, Roscoe, Sam and Roy; and her son-in-law Rick.
She is survived by: her husband Clarence E. Cook, Jr.; her children, Terry Cook (Diana) of Ottumwa, IA, Randy Cook of Libertyville, IA, Dovie Shuffler of Libertyville, IA and Mickie Ford (Neal) of Fairfield, IA; and her close friend Joyce Hostetler. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
