She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Schmidt and Lucille Schmidt (Morehead); and her brother Dennis Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband William Waugh; her sons, Troy Waugh of Fairfield and Brad Waugh (Melba) of Fairfield; her grandchildren, Kenady Story and Tristan Waugh; her great grandchild Georgia May Story; and her sister-in-law Susan Schmidt of Arizona.
