He was predeceased by: his parents, George Elias and Goldie Mae Sulzberger (Trout). He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Lamp; his sons, Tim Sulzberger (Vicky) of Muscatine, Jeff Sulzberger (Amy) of Muscatine, Mike Sulzberger (Lori) of Ames and Sam Sulzberger (Vicki) of Muscatine; and his brothers, Jerry Sulzberger of Muscatine and Lonnie Sulzberger (Lynn) of Muscatine. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the Salvation Army in memory of Kay.
