He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fordice and Beulah Hampton Fordice; and his sister Sheryl Scofield. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Church; his children, Dawnyell Mosteller (Brian) and Brandy Hahn; his grandchildren, Caleb Jones (Gabby), Jacob Jones (Cheyenne), Joshua Jones (Sierra), Bryan Lathrop, Alexander Mosteller, Benton Jones, Jordan Jones, Sarah Jones, Josiah Jones, Kirstin Quintero (Romeo), William Harbert and Joslynn Hahn (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Jayden, Skylar, Vincente, Andreas, Hayden and Ryker; and his siblings, Jim Fordice, Joyce Stigers, Nonie Crumly, Deb Hampton, Bill Fordice and Dennis Fordice.
