She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer M. Tietge and Charlotte C. Krell Tietge; her husband Garry Staats; her daughter Tina Staats; her stepfather Vernon Stonum; and her sisters, Karen Drumm and Carol Williamson.
She is survived by: her children, Crystal Revell (Ken) and Tom Staats; her grandchildren, Cheryl Snyder, Kyle Snyder, Matthew Orr and Kasandra Shellady (Mike Shelladay); her stepgrandchildren, Alex Revell and Candice Wauneka; her siblings, Pat Vorhies and Rosalee Anderson; and also Jerry Koppe.
